Is HintGifts private?+

Yes. Your HintGifts page is private by default and can only be viewed by people with your link.

Do gift givers need an account?+

No. Gift givers can view your page and reserve gifts without creating an account.

Can people reserve gifts anonymously?+

Yes. Reservations can be fully anonymous — no name or email is required.

Does HintGifts prevent duplicate gifts?+

Yes. Once a gift idea is reserved, other visitors see that it's taken so no one buys the same thing twice.

What is surprise mode?+

Surprise mode hides who reserved what from the recipient, so the gift stays a surprise until it's opened.

Can I delete or archive a page?+

Yes. You can archive or delete any page at any time from your dashboard.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, credits roll to the next cycle.

What does Lifetime include?+

Lifetime is a single €49 payment — no renewal, nothing to cancel. It gives you the Personal feature set as it exists today (unlimited pages and gift ideas, group gifting, goals and surprise mode) for as long as the HintGifts service operates. Features from the discontinued Pro plan (URL import, PDF export and custom branding) are not included.
